JCC Camps at Medford, together with the Jewish Federation family of agencies, is launching the second year of this internship program for college students that will provide an opportunity to gain valuable skills not just at camp in the summer but in areas that interest you. Prior to the start of summer camp, we will pair selected candidates with departments within the Jewish Federation system and community companies. We will pair selected candidates with departments within the Jewish Federation system and community companies for a 4 week internship prior to the start of camp. Internships will begin in mid-May and continue through the end of June at which time the internship will conclude and your camp position will begin.
The collective program provides a 12 week summer opportunity of growth, learning, and community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a college or graduate school student to bring your creativity, passion, and expertise to an internship in your field, along with working at your beloved summer camp.
Applicants must be able to commit to both the internship program prior to camp and the full camp season. This is an experiential internship, course credit would be determined on a case by case basis and facilitated by the intern
