100 Days of Impact

The Jewish Federation's 100 Days of Impact will highlight all of the ways it continues to strengthen Jewish community and the pivotal roles everyone plays in this process. During the next 100 days, we will honor, thank, educate, and inspire the community through stories of our service recipients, donors, and leaders.

  • Week 1: We appreciate all of our volunteers

We couldn't do it without you! Thank you to all of those who made the call or took the call during Super Sunday on January 25. We value all of our volunteers. Everyone who participated made a difference in the lives of others in this community, in Israel, and abroad.

  • Week 3: South Jersey is a thriving Jewish community

Why? Because we ACT and therefore IMPACT! You can make a difference. A few weeks ago you made the call and/or answered the call. Our volunteers and donors all made an impact on South Jersey, Israel, and the over 70 countries we help overseas. This week we want you to take action and help us make an impact!

  • Week 4: We care about you

This week, we want to share with you just one story of how we care as a Federation system from Samost Jewish Family & Children's Service (JFCS). The JFCS domestic abuse program, Project SARAH (Stop Abusive Relationships At Home), provides multi-faceted services, which include counseling, support groups, resource information, and other forms of assistance to support individuals who are victims of domestic abuse and their families.

  • Week 5: We honor our community leaders

This week, we are so excited to honor many incredible young individuals from South Jersey. The Jewish Federation's Young Adult Division (YAD) hosted the first-ever Yad b'Yad Award Celebration on February 28 at the Craft House & Beer Garden in Cherry Hill.

  • Week 6: We empower individuals with special needs

When you make a contribution to JFund (formerly the Annual Campaign), your dollars go towards empowering programming for those of all ages living with special needs. We wanted to take this week to highlight two such programs: Open Hearts/Open Doors and Soups & Sweets.

  • Week 8: Inspiration across generations.

Judy and Don Love of Cherry Hill are passionate about the Jewish Federation and this South Jersey community in which they have raised their family. Their beliefs in the power of the Jewish Federation and its agencies have resulted in hours of volunteerism and dollars to support our community, Israel, and Jews in need around the world.

  • Week 9: We engage women in South Jersey.

Spring is here! That means it's time for The Event for Women, the Jewish Federation's largest philanthropic event during the year. At this year's event, we are so lucky to have an amazing guest speaker and program that will engage women across all generations in South Jersey.
